The V3000 Video Conferencing product is a Sophisticated Video Encoder/Decoder application that works in conjunction with InterEdge's IMD-300 to transform your PC in to a powerful video conferencing device. The IMD-300 in conjunction with the V3000 video conferencing application is the right migration for service providers who want to offer video services in their existing VoIP service.

The Video Conferencing Control Panel V3000 serves as the interface to communicate to the IMD-300 and to display the video signals.

The V3000 encodes the video signals coming from a Digital Web Camera and sends the compressed data to the IMD-300 and at the same time it receives the incoming signal from the IMD-300 and displays it in the Control panel screen in the PC. The proprietary algorithm in the IMD-300 provides the video signaling to setup and tear down the video calls and video data transfer between the IMD-300. In addition the IMD-300 takes care of the point-to-point voice communication.
